2026 Vendor Application Info

The online vendor application form is now available.  Click here or the blue button below to submit your application.   The registration deadline is May 31, 2026.

Vendor Rules:

You or someone you know may be a vendor at the 2026 Pearson Family Reunion to sell or advertise your business, appropriate articles are (jewelry, clothes, shoes, toiletries, perfumes/oils, candles, etc.).

There will be a $35.00 per day rental fee (limited to 1 table per vendor).  Vendor’s space will be available Friday and Saturday.

Reunion Committee Terms:
By agreeing to purchase a space at the reunion, you will agree to abide by the following rules:

(A) I will accept the space assigned to me.

(B) I will not move to another space without approval from the               Reunion Committee.

(C) If I change without permission, I will forfeit the opportunity to         participate as a vendor at the 2026 reunion.

(D) I will be responsible for cleaning up and removing all trash               from my assigned area.
